- Should have good analytical skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Should have good communication Skills (both written verbal) Skill Set
- Candidate should have good healthcare knowledge
- Candidate should have knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid
- Ability to interact positively with team members, peer group and seniors
Skills (Must have):
- Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Should have at least 10+ years of experience in AR and Denial management
- Well organized, highly efficient with a keen eye for detail
- Strong quantitative ability Should have overall 7+ years of experience in RCM Operations
- Should have analytical skills exhibit clear thinking/reasoning
- Should be able to comprehend well-articulated to present his/her thought process well
- Should have excellent feedback and coaching skills
