Operations Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and monitor day-to-day operational activities.
• Coordinate with plant, corporate, and functional teams for smooth execution.
• Give clear instructions and ensure timely implementation.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor work progress, productivity, and operational issues.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and management reports.
• Coordinate between Bhopal corporate office and Dhar plant as required.
• Identify operational gaps and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure adherence to company processes, SOPs, and management instructions.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5 - 10 years of experience in Operations Management, preferably in the Food / feed manufacturing industry.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and instruction-giving ability.
• Good understanding of manufacturing operations and processes.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to travel between Bhopal and Dhar, as required.
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
