Operations Manager

We are looking for an Operations Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations across manufacturing, inventory, procurement coordination, and office administration.

The ideal candidate is someone who is hands-on, organised, process-driven, and comfortable working with technical products. Experience in PC hardware, electronics, manufacturing, or component-based assembly will be highly preferred.

This role will work closely with the leadership, sales, procurement, and technical teams to ensure that products, components, inventory, and operational processes move efficiently from order to delivery.

Role & responsibilities

1. Manufacturing & PC Assembly Operations

• Oversee day-to-day PC assembly and production activities.
• Ensure PCs are assembled according to approved configurations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with the technical team for testing, QC, troubleshooting, and dispatch readiness.
• Maintain production schedules and ensure orders are completed within committed timelines.
• Track production issues, rework, component shortages, and delays.

2. Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate records of PC components, finished systems, peripherals, and other inventory.
• Monitor stock levels and identify shortages, excess inventory, and slow-moving components.
• Coordinate regular physical stock checks and inventory reconciliation.
• Implement processes for proper inward, storage, movement, and outward of inventory.
• Ensure serial numbers and component-level records are maintained accurately.
• Work closely with procurement to ensure timely availability of components.

3. Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with vendors for delivery timelines, and order status.
• Track purchase orders and ensure timely receipt of materials.
• Follow up on pending orders, replacements, DOAs, and warranty-related component issues.

4. Order Fulfilment

• Coordinate between sales, procurement, technical, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Track orders from confirmation through assembly, testing, packing, and dispatch.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and resolve them proactively.
• Maintain accurate order and production status reports.

5. Office & Administration

• Manage day-to-day office operations and facilities.
• Coordinate with service providers, logistics partners, and other external agencies.
• Maintain operational documentation, records, and internal processes.
• Ensure the office, warehouse, and assembly areas remain organised and functional.
• Support implementation of systems and SOPs to improve operational efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3-6 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, inventory management, or supply chain.
• Experience managing physical inventory and operational processes.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Good Excel skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and vendors.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation.
