Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.

Experience:
- 3-5+ years experience in Business Operations
- Minimum 1-2 years leading a team
- Experience in Education Academy / Service business is a plus

Core Skills
- Strong leadership — can manage, train, and motivate a team
- Expert in process building, SOP creation & execution
- Excellent in data — Excel/Sheets, reporting, KPI tracking, cost control
- Great at problem-solving & decision-making under pressure
- Excellent communication

- Build systems that run without you
- Coordinate between sales, academics, marketing teams
- Organized, strategic, and execution-focused

Qualifications

• MBA in any discipline preferred.
