Role & responsibilities

1. Maintaining and updating the customer database on a daily basis.
2. Updating customer policy details in the system.
3. Reaching out to customers for policy renewal-related activities.
4. Handling customer interactions and addressing policy-related queries at the branch.

1)Candidate must have good knowledge in excel

2)Candidate must have Good communication with customers.

3)Age Should be below 23
