Operations Manager

Role & responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day company operations

* Plan and monitor *signage, printing, fabrication and installation projects*

* Coordinate between *Sales Design Production Installation*

* Allocate work to production and installation teams

* Track project timelines and ensure timely completion

* Monitor production quality and finishing

* Coordinate material procurement and availability

* Manage site visits, installation schedules and manpower

* Handle multiple projects simultaneously

* Solve operational and site-related issues

* Maintain proper job status and daily work reports

* Ensure proper handover of completed projects

* Improve workflow, productivity and operational efficiency

* Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors when required

* Ensure safety and discipline at production and installation sites

Preferred candidate profile

* 2+ years of experience in *Operations / Production / Project Management*

* Experience in *Advertising, Signage, Printing, Fabrication or Branding* preferred

* Strong team-management and coordination skills

* Good communication and problem-solving ability

* Ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects

* Knowledge of production and installation processes

* Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp and project/job tracking

* Willingness to travel to client sites when required
