Operations Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth execution of training programs across different campuses.
• Represent Reducate.ai at partner/institutional campuses and coordinate with campus teams.
• Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of training sessions, workshops, and academic programs.
• Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including course content, learner enrolment, attendance, progress, and reports.
• Coordinate with trainers, faculty, students, and institutional stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery.
• Monitor training schedules, logistics, attendance, and overall program execution.
• Identify operational issues and resolve them promptly to ensure smooth functioning.
• Maintain regular reports and documentation related to training and LMS operations.
• Travel to different campuses as required for training and operational requirements.
• Support the implementation and improvement of operational processes.
