Job Title: Operations Specialist Push

Role Overview: Responsible for managing seed processing operations, ensuring quality compliance, SAP-based order management, and smooth coordination between warehouse and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Seed Processing: Oversee conditioning, packing, and handling of seeds.
• Order Scheduling: Prioritize and monitor process orders in line with daily targets.
• SAP ERP: Post confirmations, manage GI/GR transactions, and maintain accurate records.
• Quality Compliance: Ensure adherence to QMS guidelines, equipment cleanliness, and documentation.
• Team Training: Conduct functional training for contract workforce to enhance skills.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S practices for efficiency.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Work with warehouse, schedulers, and leadership to meet customer expectations.

Candidate Profile:

• Degree in Agriculture.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or seed operations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ERP (PP/MM/QM), seed processing, and compliance.
• Team-oriented, problem-solving mindset with ability to lead improvements.
