Operations Manager

Position: Operations Manager (Experience in Commercial / Corporate site is must)
Budget: 10 to 14 LPA
Industry: Facility Management

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage overall facility operations and ensure smooth service delivery across client sites.
• Handle client management, regular reviews, escalations, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, cost control, and operational profitability.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety standards, audits, and company policies.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor operations, service quality, manpower, and client requirements.
• Manage manpower planning, team performance, vendor coordination, and operational KPIs.
• Prepare and analyze MIS, dashboards, and operational reports using MS Excel.
• Identify operational gaps and implement corrective and cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, SOPs, and contractual requirements.
• Support business growth, client retention, and new operational requirements.

Candidate Profile:

• 8 to 12+ years of experience in the Facility Management industry.
• Strong experience in operations and client management.
• Hands-on experience in P&L management and budgeting.
• Good knowledge of statutory compliance and facility management regulations.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
• Willingness to travel and conduct regular site visits.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
