Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management and logistics planning.
  
• Oversee incoming logistics, including vendor relationships and supply chain operations.
  
• Develop and implement effective operational strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to inventory management, logistics, and supply chain operations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-8 years of experience in Business Operations or Operations Management in an e-commerce environment.
  
• Strong understanding of Inbound Logistics, Inventory Management, Vendor Relationship Management, Supply Chain Operations, Operations Planning, and Logistics Management.
  
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency through process optimization and cost reduction initiatives.
