Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Operations Manager with 7 - 10 years of experience in managing end-to-end operations, driving performance through KPIs and metrics, and leading high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for process optimization, SOP design, performance management, and stakeholder coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Process Management
- Design, implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across departments
- Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow and process efficiency
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
KPI & Performance Management
- Define, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) across teams
- Build and maintain KPI reporting frameworks to measure productivity and business outcomes
- Conduct regular performance reviews and appraisal cycles
- Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Team Leadership & People Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
- Handle employee performance management, feedback, and appraisal processes
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives as needed
Stakeholder & Meeting Management
- Host and coordinate operational review meetings, MIS reviews, and leadership updates
- Act as a key point of contact between departments, leadership, and external stakeholders
- Prepare and present operational reports and dashboards to senior management.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate operational data, dashboards, and reports using Excel and other tools
- Ensure documentation of processes, SOPs, and performance records is up to date
Required Skills & Competencies
Experience
- 7 - 10 years of proven experience in Operations Management, preferably within a consulting or corporate environment.
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, dashboards, reporting)
- Experience with KPI Reporting Frameworks
- Hands-on experience in SOP design and documentation
- Power BI knowledge is a plus (not mandatory)
