About this role
Role Objective
- Lead and continuously improve delivery operations by:
- Achieving industry-leading On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance.
- Driving sustainable productivity improvements through process optimization, workforce planning, and automation.
- Building a culture of quality that ensures high First-Time-Right (FTR) performance and superior customer experience.
- Supporting revenue growth through scalable delivery capabilities, account expansion, and operational excellence.
- Drive On-Time Delivery, schedule adherence, and project profitability.
- Optimize capacity, resource utilization, productivity, and workforce planning.
- Strengthen quality, FTR, rework reduction, and root-cause closure.
- Drive process improvement, automation, standardization, and operational efficiency.
- Manage key client relationships, retention, and account growth support.
- Lead and develop delivery teams and future leaders.
Job Requirements:
- 15 + years of experience in Engineering Services, AEC, BIM, Manufacturing Engineering, or Mechanical CAD operations.
- Minimum 4–5 years managing delivery operations, quality functions, or multi-team execution environments.
- Proven track record of improving delivery performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
