Operations Manager

Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end elevator installation and service operations across project sites
• Plan and monitor manpower and material allocation to ensure project timelines are met
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and installation teams for smooth project execution
• Periodic visits to sites, track project status, resolve on-site bottlenecks, and escalate issues proactively
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality guidelines at all sites
• Monitor service/AMC schedules and customer response times
• Maintain and review operational reports, dashboards, and MIS for management
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships for installation and civil works
• Handle customer escalations related to installation delays or service quality
• Drive process improvements to increase operational efficiency and reduce turnaround time

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Engineering or related field
• 3+ years' experience managing operations/installation teams (elevator, engineering, or construction industry preferred)
• Strong team management and cross-functional coordination skills
• Comfortable with frequent site visits and travel
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel/ERP for tracking projects and inventory
• Strong problem-solving ability and ownership mindset
