Operations Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day operations of the hospital, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with regional managers to ensure seamless coordination between hospitals and effective implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Oversee quality improvement initiatives to maintain high standards of care delivery.

Job Requirements :

• 5-8 years' experience in healthcare operations or hospital administration.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, including medical records management, billing processes, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven track record in developing SOPs and implementing operational excellence programs.
