Operations Manager

Key Skills: Data Analyst, Operations, Excel, Advanced Excel Macros

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary operations point of contact for Group Digital stakeholders and leadership.
• Support workforce planning, headcount tracking, and resourcing decisions across multiple locations.
• Coordinate recruitment, mobility, and people processes with HR, recruitment, and resource management teams.
• Monitor operational governance items including contractors, travel, time reporting, and non-chargeable spend.
• Prepare management reporting, dashboards, and cost reviews to support leadership decision-making.

Skills Required:

• 10+ years of relevant experience in operations, workforce management, or business support roles.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI capability for reporting and analysis.
• Working knowledge of SharePoint Online for operational coordination and document management.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics, budgets, and workforce data accurately.
• Experience supporting large-scale operations across geographies with disciplined governance and quality control.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to UiPath or similar automation tools.
• Ability to use GenAI tools to improve operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.

Education: Postgraduate degree preferred.
