Operations Manager – Curer (Patient & Provider Operations)

Curer is solving this by building a system that manages the entire patient journey - from consultation to recovery - across doctors, diagnostics, paramedics, and home care.

We are looking for an Operations Manager who can make this system work on the ground, every single day.

Role Overview

This is a high-ownership execution role responsible for managing patient care operations, doctor onboarding, and real-time coordination across the Curer ecosystem.

You will be at the center of everything - patients, doctors, paramedics, and internal teams.

What You Will Do

Patient Case Management (HLTH Division)

• Manage active patient cases end-to-end
• Coordinate with paramedics, nurses, and vendors
• Ensure timely service delivery and patient satisfaction
• Solve real-time operational issues

Doctor Onboarding & Engagement

• Call and onboard doctors onto the iCurer platform
• Coordinate demos with the BD team
• Conduct online demos for doctors in non-BD cities
• Ensure smooth onboarding and activation

Lead Management & Calling

• Handle hospital leads and patient inquiries
• Convert leads through structured calling and follow-ups
• Manage leads from internal data, campaigns, and referrals

Patient Queries & App Operations

• Handle patient requests coming through the Curer app
• Guide patients through next steps in their treatment journey
• Ensure fast response times and resolution

Campaign & Outreach Handling

• Engage with doctor leads from WhatsApp and social media campaigns
• Drive conversion and onboarding

Coordination & Process Execution

• Work closely with BD, operations, and product teams
• Maintain structured tracking of cases, leads, and outcomes
• Ensure no drop-offs in the patient journey

Who We Are Looking For

• Background in medical education, ideally MBBS or BDS
• 1- 4 years of experience in operations, healthcare, or customer handling roles
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple workflows simultaneously
• High ownership and problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and real-time execution
• Startup mindset — fast, adaptable, and accountable

Healthcare or hospital experience is a strong plus.
