• Manpower planning and workforce management

• SLA/KPI management
• Labour and statutory compliance awareness
• POSH Act and workplace harassment prevention awareness
• Employee grievance and conflict management
• Budget and cost control
• Vendor management
• Safety and quality management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership and team-management capabilities
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Good working knowledge of MS Office and facility-management MIS systems
