Operations Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily production operations to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Develop and implement effective production plans to achieve optimal resource utilization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
• Analyze data to monitor performance metrics such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and KPIs.

Job Requirements :

• 8-12 years of experience in iron & steel industry or related field.
• Strong understanding of production control, planning, and scheduling principles.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale industrial operations with multiple shifts.
