Operations Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily hospital operations.
• Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments for smooth workflow.
• Ensure effective utilization of manpower and hospital resources.
• Monitor patient flow, service quality and operational efficiency.
• Address operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with HODs for departmental requirements and performance.
• Monitor billing, housekeeping, maintenance,IPD, security, front office, facility and support services.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, SOPs and quality standards.
• Track operational MIS, KPIs and departmental performance.
• Support NABH/quality initiatives and regulatory compliance.
• Identify process gaps and implement corrective and improvement measures.
• Handle patient/service-related concerns and coordinate for resolution.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 7 to 12 years of experience in hospital operations, preferably in a multispeciality hospital.
• Strong knowledge of hospital processes and cross-functional coordination.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MIS and HIMS.
