Operations Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for remote and guided inspections of used construction equipment.
• Guide empanelled Inspection Service Providers (ISPs) and field engineers during inspections through video calls and digital inspection tools.
• Validate inspection reports, images, videos, and technical findings for completeness and accuracy.
• Standardize inspection processes and quality benchmarks.
• Assess Fair Market Value (FMV), Forced Sale Value (FSV), and Residual Value of used equipment.
• Review technical reports and market data to provide reliable valuations.
• Ensure valuation accuracy for financing, auction, repossession, and remarketing activities.
• Deliver valuation reports within defined turnaround timelines.

Preferred candidate profile

• 8-15 years of experience in the Construction Equipment industry.
• Strong exposure to inspection, valuation, remarketing, auctions, repossession, or financing-related assessments.
• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering.
• Strong understanding of depreciation models, residual value calculations, and used equipment pricing
