Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the hospital, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
  
• Oversee OPD services, including patient flow, staff management, and resource allocation.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance patient satisfaction.
  
• Collaborate with medical teams to ensure effective communication and coordination between departments.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and hospital policies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA/PGDM (Operations) or equivalent degree from a reputed institution.
  
• Minimum 8-12 years of experience in hospital administration or operations management.
  
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale healthcare facilities or hospitals.
  
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
