Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Manager Operations to manage end-to-end operations of a construction centering and scaffolding rental business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day branch and regional operations.
• Monitor inventory, asset utilization and fleet deployment.
• Coordinate logistics, transportation and customer deliveries.
• Manage branch setup and expansion activities.
• Identify and evaluate new locations for branch expansion.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies.
• Coordinate with contractors, builders, vendors and transport partners.
• Handle warehouse/yard operations and material movement.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance and Purchase teams.
• Ensure operational efficiency, safety and compliance.
• Prepare operational and expansion-related reports.
• Support branch profitability and business growth.
