Operations Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting customer demands.
• Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storing, and shipping products in a timely manner.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Lead a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance on tasks and resolving issues as needed.

Job Requirements :

• 4-6 years' experience in retail logistics or related field.
• Strong people management skills with ability to lead a team effectively.
• Excellent cost management skills with attention to detail on expenses and budgeting.
• Proficiency in data analysis for making informed decisions about inventory levels and resource allocation.
