Operations Manager-Wealth Management

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end operational lifecycle for assigned clients.
• Ensure zero operational errors and timely transaction processing.
• Monitor pending cases and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
• Maintain high standards of client service and compliance.

Mutual Fund Operations

• Manage client onboarding and KYC documentation.
• Process SIP, STP, SWP, Purchase, Redemption and Switch transactions.
• Coordinate with RTAs and transaction platforms for timely execution.
• Maintain accurate client records and CRM updates.
• Prepare portfolio reports and operational MIS.
• Track pending activities and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Maintain documentation and ensure process compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and standardize processes.

Dormant Client Activation

• Reconnect with inactive clients
• Understand reasons for inactivity
• Schedule review meetings
• Revive investment relationships
  

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-5 years of experience in Mutual Fund Operations, Wealth Management, Financial Services.
• Experience with BSE Star MF, NSE NMF, CAMS, KFintech, MF Central, or similar platforms will
• be an advantage.
• NISM VA Certification will be an added Advantage.
• Freshers with exceptional aptitude and a strong willingness to learn may also be considered.
