Role & responsibilities
- Lead and manage a sales team of 80 members
- B2C sales experience is preferred
- Proficient with all Operation metrics
- Analyze sales reports, providing insights and recommendations for sales improvement.
- Manage dialer systems effectively to optimize outbound call campaigns
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing sales, to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
Preferred candidate profile
Overall 10+ years including 2 years experience as an Operations Manager experience in Inbound Call/Contact Centres.
