OPERATIONS MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION -

Specific requirements:

• Team management

• Ensure all timesheets are submitted by due dates, and budget hours entered for all tasks. TLs to update their staff / clients. Manager to make sure its done.

• Manage Team capacity, allocating overload to available staff (possibly across teams)

• Ensuring that all team members are progressing well and performing according to their role. Undertake quarterly performance management meetings TLs, ensuring each TL does the same for their Team.

• Encouraging the growth of the team through ensuring mistakes are reviewed and everyone learns from them, via the Navigate Learning Review process.

• To monitor the effectiveness of training for new joiners and suggest operational training for existing staff based on the requirements.

Team Lead -

General requirements:

• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Be responsible for all tasks required for the preparation of client financial statements.
• Ensure internal controls are Implemented and maintained in client environments.
• Develop team members via Navigates Performance Development plan • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients, ensuring that responses to requests are provided in a timely manner.

• Take an interest in our client's businesses, highlighting anything you think could be improved.

Senior Account Executive:

Complex Taskwork:

• Finalisation of STP, Stat Reconciliations / OSR / ATO / Super (complex) FBT
• Process complex payrolls / refunds
• Liaison and management of Audits
• Process and calculate commissions
• Load ABA files
• Stat Bal Sheet Recs ,Insurance Funding set up (unexpired interest etc)
