Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of insurance professionals in the Casualty, Commercial Line, Personal Lines, Property, and P&C departments.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient policy servicing and claims processing.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall performance.

Job Requirements :

• 6-15 years of experience in the insurance industry with expertise in casualty, commercial line, personal lines, property, or P&C.
• Strong understanding of insurance policies and regulations.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to manage a team effectively.
