Operations manager (Soft Service)- PMS

Key Accountabilities

Operations Management

• 100% SOP implementation
• Full usage of Crest View, Crest Connect and La Circle apps
• Review meeting with all PMs/APMs on a weekly/fortnightly basis followed by a property round
• Monthly briefing with all PMS staff on site to improve employee satisfaction and engagement
• Attendance and bills to be submitted before the deadline
• Collection follow ups to be done regularly to ensure a positive cash flow
• Internal audit score for all sites to be >90% average for the year
  
  

Customer Satisfaction

• Create pending issues file and share with society members monthly
• Maintain a professional working relationship with the chairman and secretary for quick problem resolution and minimize escalations
• Ensure customer feedback is collected regularly, and the score is >4
  
  

Liasioning

• Liase with HR to resolve employee grievances and close recruitment in a timely manner
• Liase with Procurement for vendor related matters
• Ensure basic training at sites is conducted regularly and attendance is maintained
• Coordinate with Finance for petty cash and billing related issues
