• Sales Planning & Forecasting
  
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and business plans.
• Develop strategies to achieve growth objectives.

• Profitability Management
  
• Improve gross margin and profitability.
• Monitor pricing and discount controls.

• Market Intelligence
  
• Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs.
• Provide insights for strategic decision-making.

• Reporting & Compliance
  
• Submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and MIS.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
