Hire-Sync is hiring on behalf of a reputed international company based in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) for 3-4 urgent positions. Candidates with relevant industry experience and a willingness to take up an international assignment are encouraged to apply.

• Business Development & Operations Manager
• Sales & Marketing Executive Commercial Printing
• Costing Estimator & Client-Production Manager

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the respective function.
• Strong experience in business development, B2B sales, operations, costing, commercial printing, production coordination, or equipment sales, depending on the position.
• For printing roles, experience in commercial offset and digital printing is essential.
• Strong communication, leadership, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• English is mandatory; French language knowledge is an added advantage.
• Africa/DRC experience will be preferred but is not mandatory.
• Candidates must be willing to relocate to DR Congo and commit to a minimum 2-year employment contract.
