Operations Manager-Retail

JOB DESCRIPTION

Role Objective

• Manage daily operations of retail stores, ensuring efficient floor management, sales operations, and vendor relationship management.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting to achieve business objectives, including controlling costs and optimizing profitability.
• Develop strategies for mall operations, facility maintenance, and risk mitigation to ensure smooth store functioning.
• Lead a team of managers and supervisors to drive performance improvement through effective leadership and training initiatives.
• Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-6 years of experience in retail operations or related field (FMCG industry preferred).
• Post Graduate (MBA/PGDM/M.Com /M-Tech /Diploma).
• Graduate (BBA/B.Com /B-Tech /Diploma).
• Proven track record of success in managing multiple stores simultaneously with excellent communication skills.
• Hospitality / Retail industry experience preferred.
• Male candidate preferred.
• Candidates proficient in both Malayalam and English are preferred.
