Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to manage branch network operations, lead the network team, ensure network availability, and resolve connectivity issues across bank branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the branch network operations team and daily activities.
• Monitor network uptime, performance, and incident resolution.
• Manage SD-WAN, Cisco routing and switching, and branch connectivity.
• Coordinate with ISPs and vendors to resolve network issues and maintain SLAs.
• Handle incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Ensure network security, patch compliance, audit requirements, and RBI compliance.
• Prepare daily, monthly, and management reports.
• Lead team training, process improvement, and automation initiatives.
