Operations Manager / Merchandising PM

Core Focus & Deliverables:

Project Management: Plan, manage, and coordinate all sales-related projects including
retail fixtures, exhibition booths, in-store campaigns, and large-scale retail programs.

Timely Execution: Ensure that all projects are delivered on schedule and meet quality
and budgetary specifications.

Vendor & Logistical Management: Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal
stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Cross-functional Support: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to
ensure all physical initiatives align with brand and business objectives.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve
efficiency, and enhance the execution of retail programs.

• Retail Exposure: Proven experience in retail operations, merchandising, or project management related to physical retail environments
• Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage complex physical projects (fixtures, exhibitions, activations) under tight deadlines
• Vendor & Logistics Expertise: Strong vendor management, coordination, and logistical planning skills
