Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a sales team of 80 members
• B2C sales experience is preferred
• Proficient with all Operation metrics
• Analyze sales reports, providing insights and recommendations for sales improvement
• Manage dialer systems effectively to optimize outbound call campaigns
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing sales, to improve customer engagement and satisfaction
• Willing to work from Office at Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

• Relevant experience in US insurance sales
• Prior experience in outbound sales / lead generation
