Operations Manager - Insurance Operations

Role & responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer databases on a daily basis.
• Update and manage customer policy details in the system accurately.
• Contact customers regarding policy renewals and related servicing activities.
• Handle walk-in customer interactions and resolve policy-related queries.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of operational tasks.
• Support branch operations and maintain service quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery.

Preferred candidate profile

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-centric approach and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
