Description
Amazon is looking for a motivated individual for the profile of Operations Manager II to easy ship sellers. Role entails for managing day-to-day seller experience operations, executing established processes, and driving operational metrics within a defined scope. The individual will focus on BAU operations execution, seller performance management, lead or initiate program initiatives and independently manage multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and capable of managing a team of Operations Executives to deliver consistent operational outcomes.

The team manages External Fulfillment channels for Amazon India and seller side operations for emerging / ROW team. The team is responsible for performance, cost, quality and speed metrics. The team is structured regionally as well has a central team of Program Managers who drive critical initiatives.

Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of employee and performance management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- 2+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
