Operations Manager -First Mile

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end First Mile pickup operations across assigned locations
• Ensure operational compliance with SOPs, TAT, SLA, safety, and quality standards
• Track team member performance through defined KPIs and KRAs
• Manage vendor performance including attendance, billing, productivity, and operational compliance
• Support and lead expansion of operations into new locations as required
• Identify operational gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Monitor fuel usage, vehicle utilization, route efficiency, and other operational costs
• Prepare and manage monthly MIS reports with strong command over Excel

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
• MBA/PGDM in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field added advantage

Preferred Experience

• Background in Courier, Express Logistics, E-commerce, 3PL, or B2B/B2C Logistics
• Prior exposure to Supply Chain Operations preferred
