Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Metallurgical / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a relevant discipline
Job Description: We are looking for experienced Operations Managers and Process Engineers for our Steel Melting Shop (SMS) Induction Furnace plant. Candidates will be responsible for managing steel melting operations, production planning, process control, quality, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring induction furnace operations and steel melting processes.
- Planning production targets and ensuring shift-wise output.
- Managing raw material charging, melting cycles, and process parameters.
- Coordinating with quality, maintenance, and production teams.
- Monitoring yield, power consumption, productivity, and material losses.
- Ensuring process safety, quality standards, and minimal production downtime.
- Maintaining production reports and implementing process improvements.
Experience:
- Manager: 12 to 20 years
- Engineer / Senior Engineer: 5 to 10 years
Preferred Industry: Steel Melting Shop / Induction Furnace plant
