Operations Manager cum Business Development Manager

Refresco Coffee is looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and growth-oriented Operations Manager cum Business Development Manager to drive our next phase of expansion. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, building systems, solving operational challenges, and driving business growth. The selected candidate will report directly to the CEO.

What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth execution across functions
• Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, sales, and marketing teams
• Drive business growth initiatives and identify new market opportunities
• Build and manage strategic partnerships and channel relationships
• Support operational planning, process improvement, and execution management
• Collaborate with leadership teams to scale systems and business workflows
• Monitor business performance and operational efficiency
• Ensure accountability, coordination, and execution across teams
  
  

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in Operations Management, Business Development, or a similar cross-functional role
• Background in FMCG, Beverage, D2C, or Consumer Brands preferred
• Experience working in fast-growing or startup environments is a strong advantage
• Strong leadership and ownership mindset with a bias for execution
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities across teams and stakeholders
• Sharp problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work across multiple functions with flexibility and accountability
• Growth mindset and willingness to take initiative without being asked
  
  

Nice to have

• MBA or equivalent business qualification
• Prior experience scaling operations in a D2C or F&B brand
• Familiarity with supply chain management, logistics, or trade channel development
