Operations Manager - B2B Saas

Key Responsibilities

• Project Ownership
• Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of client projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, and seamless coordination across teams.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with:
• Design to curate personalized gifting experiences and visual communication
• Operations & Warehouse to ensure accurate packaging, inventory readiness, and on-time dispatch
• Sales & Marketing to align client expectations, messaging, and timelines
• Tech & Data to streamline tracking, feedback loops, and internal processes
• Voice of the Client
• Act as the internal advocate for clients by translating requirements, feedback, and challenges into actionable tasks for internal teams.
• Process & Workflow Improvement
• Identify bottlenecks and contribute to improving workflows, turnaround time, and delivery reliability.
• Experience Design
• Support creative enhancements across client touchpoints from onboarding to unboxing and post-delivery communication.
• Client Success & Retention
• Build strong working relationships with key accounts, focusing on satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term engagement.

What Were Looking For

• 2- 3 years of experience in Project Management, Client Success, Operations, or similar roles
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset
• Startup or agency experience is a plus
