Job Description Responsible for leading and overseeing the end-to-end loan boarding function, including managing team capacity, performance, and workflow distribution to ensure timely, accurate booking of commercial loans in alignment with SLAs and quality standards; driving a strong control environment by enforcing compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit expectations; overseeing quality review processes to identify trends, reduce defects, and minimize downstream risk; partnering with business lines and internal operations teams to resolve escalations, improve documentation quality, and streamline intake processes; establishing clear procedures, training programs, and knowledge resources to build team capability and reduce reliance on SMEs; monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics (e.g., SLA adherence, quality, productivity, and error rates) to leadership; and leading continuous improvement initiatives across systems, processes, and collaboration models to enhance efficiency, consistency, and overall operational effectiveness.
Thorough knowledge of operational functions, systems, procedures, various products and/or services supported by the assigned area(s) - Understanding of applicable Federal and State laws and regulations - Thorough knowledge of applicable products, programs, financial analysis and related documentation as applicable - Good organizational, managerial and project management skills - Well-developed customer relations skills - Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills - Excellent supervisory and management skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks
