• 4-6 years of experience in Operations, Program Management, Last Mile, Logistics, E-commerce, or Workforce Management.
• Experience managing large frontline / blue-collar workforces across multiple locations.
• Experience managing multi-city / multi-location operations is preferred.
• Strong experience in team management, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
• Prior experience managing large-scale distributed operations with multiple operational dependencies.
• Strong understanding of workforce planning, attendance, attrition, productivity, and manpower management.
• Comfortable working with operational data, identifying gaps, and converting insights into actionable plans.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and operational escalations simultaneously.
• Strong ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment.
• Prior experience managing a team is mandatory.
• Experience in Last Mile, Logistics, Food Delivery, E-commerce, or other high-volume frontline operations would be an advantage.
