Operations / Logistics Manager, US

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise daily deployment of inspectors, engineers and drivers to active project sites
• Match people to projects by certification, location, timing and client needs, and track them live through the shift
• Make quick decisions on delays, absences, schedule changes and urgent client requests, and escalate to US leadership when needed
• Plan resource needs with US Project Managers and track workload forecasts to improve utilization and reduce last-minute gaps
• Guide, coach and review the work of Dispatch Administrators and support staff
• Oversee equipment, vehicle and driver coordination
• Review timesheets, job logs and dispatch records, and support billing and utilization reconciliation
• Prepare daily dispatch summaries and run clean handovers to the US team
• Spot recurring problems and recommend improvements to dispatch processes

Preferred candidate profile

Experience

• 4-6 years in scheduling, workforce deployment, field service coordination or operations control
• Has led a team or shift
• Has scheduled people or vehicles, not only goods dispatch

Qualification

• Bachelors degree preferred, in business, operations, logistics, construction management, engineering or a related field
• Clear English, strong Excel and Office skills (Outlook, Word, Google Workspace)

SHIFT AND SETUP

Night shift, 8:00 PM–5:00 AM IST during US EDT (9:00 PM–6:00 AM IST during US EST), Monday to Saturday.

This is a 100% remote role. Reliable broadband and power backup are required.
