We are expanding our team and are looking for an experienced Operations Lead to manage residential interior projects and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of residential interior projects from site handover to final delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Plan, monitor, and manage daily site operations to ensure timely project completion.
• Ensure execution is in line with approved designs, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Oversee material planning, vendor management, and site resource allocation.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality, safety, and compliance standards.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues while providing proactive updates to customers.
• Ensure timely snag closure and successful project handover.
• Collaborate with Design and Central Operations teams to deliver a superior customer experience.
• Drive operational efficiency, quality, and adherence to project timelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 34 years of experience in residential interior project execution, site operations, construction, or interior fit-outs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, vendors, and site activities simultaneously.
• Good understanding of project planning, quality control, and execution processes.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned location.
