Operations Intern

Job Summary

Hands-on experience in sales operations at a growing tech agency - Exposure to CRM/Salesforce workflows - Mentorship from leadership - Certificate of completion + potential for full-time conversion - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, or related field

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update CRM records (leads, opportunities, contacts)
• Track and report on sales pipeline status and key metrics
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and client-facing documents
• Coordinate follow-ups and scheduling between sales team and prospects/clients
• Support lead qualification and data entry from inbound inquiries
• Help streamline sales workflows and identify process gaps
• Assist with basic reporting/dashboards for leadership review
• Youll work closely with the sales and leadership team to keep the sales pipeline organized, data clean, and processes running smoothly - supporting the team so they can focus on closing deals

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, or related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets); CRM exposure a plus
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision
