About this role
Role & responsibilities
- Contact exited employees through calls and emails regarding pending PF transfer or withdrawal cases.
- Assist employees in initiating and completing PF transfer requests where they are currently employed with another organization.
- Assist employees in initiating and completing PF withdrawal requests where they are currently not employed.
- Follow up and track each case until successful closure.
- Maintain and share a daily status tracker covering all assigned cases.
- Monitor TAT for each case and submit daily progress and closure reports.
- Provide support for KYC-related issues and approvals, wherever required.
- Assist in resolving EPS and Non-EPS related clarifications and discrepancies, wherever applicable.
