About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Intern to support the team with data validation, presentation checks, and day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong sense of ownership, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of work.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data checks and validations for presentations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Use Excel formulas, functions, and shortcuts for data analysis and validation.
• Assist in preparing, formatting, and reviewing PowerPoint presentations.
• Support the operations team with reporting, data management, and other operational tasks.
• Identify discrepancies, maintain quality standards, and ensure quick turnaround times.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and proactively learn new processes.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (written and spoken).
• Good working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, functions, and keyboard shortcuts.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight timelines without compromising accuracy.
• Proactive, curious, accountable, and willing to learn.
