Operations Intern

Role & responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Team in planning, coordinating, and executing interactive technology projects, exhibitions, events, and brand activations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including hardware, software development, design, and project management, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Assist in project scheduling, task tracking, preparation of checklists, and maintaining project documentation.
• Support the preparation, testing, packing, dispatch, installation, and dismantling of interactive equipment and installations.
• Maintain records of inventory, equipment, materials, and project-related resources.
• Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and logistics partners for timely delivery and project execution.
• Assist in conducting quality checks and functional testing of interactive games, kiosks, sensors, and other technology-based installations.
• Track project progress, identify operational challenges, and escalate issues to the Operations Team.
• Help prepare daily progress reports, deployment reports, and post-event feedback documentation.
• Provide on-site operational support during exhibitions, corporate events, and brand activations whenever required.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, safety procedures, and company processes.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with different teams.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and documentation tools.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused approach to work.
• Willingness to learn about interactive technology, exhibitions, experiential marketing, and event execution.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel to event venues, exhibitions, and client locations when required.
• Flexible to work beyond regular office hours during live events or project deployments, when necessary.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Freshers are welcome. Prior experience in event operations, project coordination, logistics, or technical operations will be an added advantage.
