Role Description :

The Operations Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The intern will support day-to-day operations, including coordinating classes and schedules, assisting with student onboarding, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. Responsibilities include helping manage internal processes, tracking program performance, preparing reports, and collaborating with mentors and staff to ensure smooth execution of academic and training activities. The intern will also assist in cross-functional projects, contribute to process improvements, and provide operational support for events, workshops, and outreach initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor operational metrics, and support decision-making.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with learners, mentors, and internal teams and to convey information clearly.
• Candidates should possess Sales and stakeholder engagement skills to support enrollment activities and build positive relationships with learners and partners.
• Candidates should possess Operations Management and Project Management skills to coordinate tasks, manage timelines, and maintain smooth process execution.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
• Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Interest in the ed-tech sector and willingness to learn about career-oriented training programs is an advantage.
