ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Operations Intern to support the day-to-day management of our Admin Dashboard and assist with operational and reporting activities.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with digital platforms, have a good understanding of Canva, and possess excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.

We are looking for someone who takes initiative, pays attention to detail, and takes ownership of their work rather than waiting for instructions.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and manage the Admin Dashboard on a daily basis.

• Check the dashboard regularly for new updates, activities, requests, and issues.

• Update the Admin Dashboard with required information accurately and on time.

• Upload and manage images, banners, and other visual content on the Admin Panel.

• Create or edit basic creatives (Profile Pictures) using Canva whenever required.

• Prepare basic reports from information available on the Admin Dashboard.

• Maintain and organize operational information and records.

• Coordinate with the founders whenever clarification or action is required.

• Identify operational issues proactively and communicate them to the concerned team.

• Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.

• Assist with day-to-day operational and administrative activities.

• Maintain accuracy and consistency while updating dashboard information.

SKILLS REQUIRED

Technical Skills:

• Basic understanding of Admin Dashboards / Web-based platforms.

• Good knowledge of Canva for creating and editing basic creatives.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

• Ability to prepare basic reports.

• Comfortable learning new software and digital tools.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Fluent in English and Hindi.

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members.

• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
